- 1927 - Peter Bogdon and Karl Gross found the Bogdon and Gross furniture company with manufacturing located in Kitchener, Ontario. The Company specializes in upholstery frames and chairs.
- 1938 - The Company moves to its current manufacturing facility in Walkerton, Ontario
- 1944 - Founding member Peter Bogdon passes away
- 1945 - Employees at B&G celebrate the end of World War II with champagne
- 1952 - Bodgon and Gross celebrates its 25th anniversary with an employee banquet and dance
- 1956 - The Company acquires a Hanover plant used for upholstery work
- 1963 - Warehouse destroyed in blaze in Walkerton
- 1968 - Peter Bogdon's son, George, is elected president of the Canadian Manufacturers' Association
